L'intervention chirurgicale présentée dans ce film concerne la prise en charge endovasculaire d'une lésion anastomotique sur un pontage carotidien réalisé 3 ans auparavant sur une lésion post radique significative et symptomatique.
Cette lésion a été dépistée lors du suivi. Elle est associée à une lésion significative asymptomatique carotide gauche.

L'intervention est réalisée sous anesthésie locale.
