Clinical summary
Patient jeune présentant une arthropathie chronique de l'articulation acromio-claviculaire gauche associée à une instabilité de la clavicule.
Le but de l'intervention est de stabiliser la clavicule et de réaliser un traitement de l'arthropathie par résection claviculaire distale. On utilise pour cela le ligament coraco-acromial qui est détacher de l'acromoin et fixé sur la clavicule.

Post-opératoire : immobilisation pendant 1 mois et ré-éducation par la suite.

Cette opération qui ne nécessite pas de drainage opératoire peut être faite en ambulatoire.
