Ce film présente une intervention chirurgicale chez une patiente de 50 ans atteinte d'une polypose adénomateuse familiale ayant un polype duodénale et ampullaire déjà traitée par ampullectomie endoscopique puis par photocoagulation argon.
Les biopsies les plus récentes ont révélées une dysplasie sévère ce qui a fait prendre l'option d'une résection chirurgicale.

Comme souvent dans cette situation, cette patiente a déjà eu une colectomie totale avec anastomose iléoanale et afin de limiter les désordres fonctionnels induits par le traitement de cette tumeur ampullaire, on choisit de réaliser une ampullectomie chirurgicale en reprenant l'incision médiane de la colectomie totale. .../…
